Pada 12 October lalu, aku telah dijemput untuk menghadiri Miss World Prestige International Pageant 2017 gala dinner di Sunway Resort Hotel Grand Ballroom dengan bertemakan Smart & Elegance (Black, Gold, Silver). Bila dah ada tema-tema tu, maksudnya bukan event biase-biase. Jadinya, aku sebagai village people sejati haruslah bergaya sedikit untuk menghadiri gala dinner nie.

Pada 15 Oktober lepas, aku dan rakan-rakan blogger lain telah dijemput untuk sama-sama memeriahkan lagi event My Fun Cooking 2017 nie. Event nie berlangsung di One Space @ The Square, One City. My Fun Cooking nie merupakan event masak-masak, yang mana ia merupakan pertandingan berkumpulan yang melibatkan satu orang dewasa dan juga kanak-kanak yang berusia dari 10-18 tahun. Kiranya ada 2 ahli dalam satu kumpulan. Sangat bagus diadakan pertandingan ini sebabnya, ia dapat mendedahkan dan melatih budak-budak muda untuk turut sama-sama membantu kerja-kerja di dapur dan sekaligus dapat mengeratkan hubungan kekeluargaan sesama mereka.

After registration, each and everyone of us received one t-shirt and we were asked to wear the t-shirt during the event.

Sabtu lalu, 7 Oktober, selepas selesai food review, aku terus bergegas ke 1 Utama untuk ke event seterusnya. Di 1 Utama, telah berlangsung satu program anjuran Neubodi yang dipanggil kempen Bra Drive. Kempen ini telah masuk tahun kelima diadakan dan telah berjaya mengumpulkan enam tan bra.

Little Collins Cakery and Cafe

Last Saturday, i went to Little Collins Cakery & Cafe to try out their new menu. Little Collins is located in Solaris Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur. Waze je Little Collins, confirm jumpa.

The name is inspired by a street name in Melbourne. Frances Voon, who is the owner of Little Collins, used to live in Melbourne for about 5 years. She is a graphic designer by trait. She designed all the posters and wallpapers in her shop. It started as a bakery, but then everything went kelam kabut, so she decided to focus on just doing cakes. Little Collins offers more than just a cake. She wanted a designed cake that we can have everyday. At one point in her company, all her hired chefs left. Since then, she had to go and learn how to do her own cake. She is pro at it now. You can tell by just looking at her decorating the cake and all the cakes made by her at Little Collins's instagram page.
